 After returning from vacation on Tuesday and it 100 degrees outside with three children, we came home to our house being 90 degrees inside! Not what we were expecting. I called Mike and explained what was happening and he said he could be here in an hour. He was here exactly as he said. After looking at the unit, we came to the agreement we needed a new air conditioning unit. He said he could have us a new unit installed on Thursday. At 8am on Thursday his crew was here taking the old unit out and putting in the new one! They were finished by 3 pm. We have already recommended him to other people and will continue. Thank You Mike!

  Capitol City HTG & Air INC is great!!! My AC went out during the recent heat wave. I called several repair places on Friday evening, with no luck. On Saturday morning a friend suggested Capitol City HTC & Air, and they came out within two hours - and by that afternoon the house had cooled off. THANKS!!!

  Called Mike at 7:15 p.m. today, Sunday July 8th after coming home from vacation to find our AC not working and it being 90+ degrees in our upstairs. Mike offered to come today and was here within the hour and had the problem solved within a few minutes. After checking that all was working as it should be after the repair he was able to leave within an hour and twenty minutes of when we called him. His service and professionalism are A+ and we are amazed and thankful for companies and individuals such as Mike. His rates for the service performed, especially after hours, are great and well worth it. We will definitely use him and his company again and cannot recommend him highly enough

   I called Capitol City HTG & Air at 7:10 a.m. on a Saturday during a heatwave in July that gave us five straight 100+ temps. The recording I received promised a call-back in 15 minutes or less, and that's just what I received. Mike scheduled an appointment for between 9:00 and 10:00 am and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and now we're good to go. Mike was friendly and the price was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better.

The new unit arrived on time and was installed. He took his time explaining the new unit to me and told me what to watch out for to keep it working in top condition.
