  Our air conditioner couldn't keep the house cool this summer. We called two other businesses before realizing Mike was the only one that knew what he was doing. He made an appointment quickly, showed up on time, then took the time for a thorough diagnosis. He then gave me several options to solve the problem. After our system was fixed, he even followed up to make sure we were happy. I have never had that happen in 25 years of home ownership. Mike is an expert in his field, and knows how to treat a customer. I will only call Capital City Heating and Air for our future needs!

Mike was quick to set up a time to diagnose our problem. He provided a list of options to repair or replace. Once we decided on an option, the Capitol City HTG & Air quickly made an appointment to replace our unit. The techs came a little earlier than 9, before the weather became unbearable and worked to try not to inconvenience me with a wasp problem considering our baby was sleeping. The unit was up and running in the afternoon and the house is comfortable once more.

 Look no further...Mike is the man! My a/c unit went out the Friday before we had family coming for a visit. Mike tried to squeeze me into his booked schedule on that Friday afternoon but when he couldn't he gave me a courtesy call to let me know. He came out early on Sat morning (his day off) and fixed my upstairs unit. While he was there I had him check my downstairs unit as well for the same problem and sure enough that part was on it's final days as well so now I have the peace of mind that my whole house will be cool this summer...awesome! The other place I called before him said it would be a week before they could come out...a week! He used a higher quality part than what was in the unit and took the time to explain everything to me...it's not very often that you have a good feeling after a service person leaves your house...Mike's prices were very reasonable and I now have an HVAC person for life

  My air conditioner went out and I have a two month old baby. The temperature outside is almost 90 and projected to be over 90 later this week. I called and got estimates from three places. Capitol City's quote was almost half of the second cheapest quote. They were also the only company that could install this week, let alone same day. Mike is very friendly and knowledgable along with his staff. Awesome warranty (better than the competitors) and they even were able to install my brand new system the same day. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a quick install of an air conditioning system plus the warranty is amazing- 10 years parts and labor, and the parts portion of this warranty is transferrable if you sell your home (without a fee- some companies charge of fee of over $100 to transfer it to the new homeowner). Overall, great service, great product, great warranty, and great price. Mike is a great owner who strives to make his customers happy. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with anything, I strongly suggest you talk to him about it and he will work to ensure the situation is corrected. I can say this is a great honest company that I will definitely recommend to any of my friends or family.
